Privacy Policy

Account. Your email address and how you sign in (Apple, Google or email). If you post on the Show Board, the display name and contact handles (such as Instagram) you choose to add.

Your collection. The cards in your vault and the details you add: quantity, grade, price paid, notes, receipt photos, and, if you sell at shows, whether a card is for sale, your asking price and where you keep it. Your watchlist, alerts and their search terms, and your scan and PSA lookup history.

Card photos.Quick identify and Standard grading run on your device. When you use Deep identify or Pro grading, the photo is uploaded and sent to Google's Gemini AI service for analysis, and the result is saved to your account. Photos you add to an eBay listing are uploaded to create that listing.

Show Board and vendor tables. Listings you post (the card, your asking price and the show). If you post a vendor table, the cards you marked for sale with their prices, and your table number. If you log sales at a show, the card, quantity, price and time of each sale.

Subscriptions. Your subscription status and purchase history, handled by Apple and RevenueCat. We never see your payment details.

Connected accounts. If you connect eBay to list cards, the access tokens eBay issues, stored on our servers and used only to create your listings.

What we don't collect.We don't use advertising identifiers, track you across other apps or websites, or collect analytics or usage data. Your location is used on your device to show nearby shops; when you choose Verify I'm here on a show listing, your location is checked against the venue once and is not stored. Calendar access is used only to add an event you choose, on your device.

What it reads:the card listing and search pages you open on the eBay sites named in the extension's permissions. It reads the listing title, price, condition and any grading details shown on the page, so it can look up what that card has sold for. It reads nothing on any other site, and nothing on eBay outside those card pages.

What it sends us:those listing details, so our servers can return a market price. If you add a card to your portfolio or set a price alert, we store that card, the price you paid if you entered one, and your alert's target price, against your BankTCG account.

What it does not do: it does not read or store your eBay username, password or purchase history, does not track your browsing outside eBay card listings, and does not sell data to anyone.

Account and sign-in:signing in uses Google's OAuth flow. We receive your email address and Google account ID, which is what your portfolio syncs against. The sign-in token is held in Chrome's extension storage on your own machine.

Where it is stored: portfolio items and alerts are stored in Google Cloud Firestore in the United States. Price alerts are delivered by email to the address on your account.

Removing it: uninstalling the extension stops all of the above. To delete the data already stored, use the account deletion option in the BankTCG app or email us at the address below.
